Collaborative Model
The Project Measure Up Collaborative Model consists of the Youth Obesity Prevention Partners Council (YOPPC) and the School Volunteer Corps. The Coalition and The Corps will work hand-in-hand to ensure that the ISDs receive the resources needed to support youth in the school setting.
